Online Course Details

Ignatian Spirituality is commonly described as a way of ‘finding God in all things’. St Ignatius was convinced that God could be found in every area of life, meaning that everything, from relationships to family, from happiness to suffering - everything - is a part of the spiritual life.

During this taster day we will explore that wisdom and practise how to apply it in our lives, using the prayer tools that St Ignatius gave us, such as the examen and imaginative contemplation.
