Tutors

Dr Antonia Lynn

Antonia Lynn has been teaching Ignatian spirituality and giving the Spiritual Exercises for about 20 years and is a trainer and supervisor of spiritual directors. She is Warden of the Community of Spiritual Directors and Director of Professional Development at the London Centre for Spiritual Direction, and a tutor on the Ignatian Spirituality Course, based at LJC.

Revd Dr John Russell

The Revd Dr John Russell is Acting Lead for Spirituality at the London Jesuit Centre. Previously, he worked as a Human Rights Lawyer and university lecturer. At age 40, he went into AA for 6 months, lived with monks in Yorkshire for 3 years and became a priest in the Anglican church. After a curacy in Chelsea, he served as Associate Rector at St James’s Piccadilly. John is an accredited teacher of trauma-aware yoga, with specialist qualifications in breath-work and addiction recovery. His favourite modes of transport are bicycle and kayak. He has 36 tattoos and thinks he may still have room for a few more.

Rosie Pike

Rosie Pike became interested in Ignatian spirituality ten years ago, and later trained as a spiritual director through the Ignatian Spirituality course. Before then she was a lay pastor for many years in a small evangelical church in Southwest London. She divides her time between spiritual direction and training, voluntary work in her local church and community and anti-knife crime initiatives in her local area. She has studied theology, biology, bereavement counselling and nursing.
