Bio

Dr Devan Stahl is an Assistant Professor of Religion at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Her teaching and research focus on theological bioethics and disability theology. Devan is also a certified clinical ethicist consultant for Baylor Scott and White Health and she hosts the popular podcast Bioethics For the People. Her latest book, Disability’s Challenge to Theology: Genes, Eugenics, and the Metaphysics of Modern Medicine develops a Christian response to genetic technologies using the insights of disability scholars.
