Bio

Dr Lisa Oakley is deputy programme leader for the MSc in Family and Child Psychology at the University of Chester. She is a chartered psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society. She is currently chair of the national working group for child abuse linked to faith or belief. She is part of the Developmental Psychology team. Her main teaching areas are cognitive development, safeguarding of children, qualitative research methods and the psychology of religion and diversity.
