Mary Kavanagh is a spiritual director and has a longstanding love of Saints Francis and Clare of Assisi, having spent several years as a cloistered Poor Clare. She began her spiritual journey in the Ignatian tradition several years ago, coming from an NHS background where she worked as a Mindfulness Teacher and CBT therapist. Based in Oxford, she loves travel, nature, art and creativity, and seeks to find, like Francis, Clare, and Ignatius, God in all things.
